In cities with reservation requirements, reservations will be made together for all tickets in an order. If you know that members of your party would like to visit different attractions and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit attractions together.
If you’re not sure yet, you can still place your order. Then, if you decide to split up and visit different attractions after placing your order, you will need to contact Customer Care (Please be advised that splitting up orders is not available for all products.)
VERY IMPORTANT: If you choose to split up an order, you MUST contact us BEFORE making reservations at ANY attraction. We can split your travel party and send you new reservation links for each party to book attractions separately. When contacting us, please confirm how you would like the party split and whether you would like the reservation links sent to the same email or to different ones for each party.
For cities without reservations, travelers can visit different attractions; they will need their ticket downloaded to their phone or printed.
