Reservations may not be available for several reasons:
- Our attraction partners open their reservation calendars at different times, generally between 30 and 90 days. If you are trying to book a reservation several months in advance and see no times available, it may be because their reservation calendar isn't open yet. Please try again closer to your travel date.
- You may have already reserved or visited all your ticket options.
- In rare cases, the attraction may be sold out of CityPASS® reservations. You may contact our Customer Care team to confirm availability.
- Your tickets may have expired, or you are trying to reserve outside the validity period.
- Statue of Liberty Grounds and Ellis Island, Boston Harbor Cruises, San Diego City Cruises, and City Cruises Toronto do not allow children in their child age range category to book reservations independently. If your order is for child tickets only, please refund the order and place a new order with an adult and a child ticket.
- All tickets purchased together must travel and make reservations together. If you need to make reservations separately or would like to confirm availability, please contact our Customer Care team BEFORE proceeding with any reservation.
