Reservation confirmations may be delivered in different ways depending on the attraction.
After making a reservation in the My CityPASS® App, you can find your reservation tickets under 'My Tickets' by selecting the specific attraction and choosing "View Tickets." These reservation tickets will also be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
If the My CityPASS® App directed you to make a reservation on an attraction's website, you will receive those tickets directly from the attraction to the email you provided during the booking process.
