Many attractions require CITY PASS® guests to make reservations. The My CityPASS® App includes detailed instructions for making reservations at those attractions; most reservations can be made online through the My CityPASS® App. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible to help ensure you secure your desired visit time.
In cities with reservation requirements, reservations will be made together for all tickets in an order. Once a reservation is scanned, all tickets in that reservation will be considered used. If you know that members of your party would like to visit different attractions and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit the attractions together. If you’re not sure yet, you may still place your order. Then, if you decide that you want to split up and visit different attractions after placing your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at +1 (208) 787-4300, via chat, or via web form, seven days a week, 9am-7pm EST, BEFORE making reservations at ANY attraction. For cities without reservations, travelers can visit different attractions; they will need their ticket downloaded to their phone, printed, or stored in Apple Wallet. The option to store reservations in Apple Wallet is available in the reservation tickets in the My CityPASS® App.
Attractions that don’t require advance reservations for CITY PASS® guests generally set aside tickets for walk-up guests, who will get the next available time. Note that at some of these attractions, there may be wait times on busy days. The My CityPASS® App includes details on these attractions as well, so that CITY PASS® guests know what to expect.
