Reservations can be changed or canceled in the My CityPASS® App, depending on the attraction's reservation policy.
After you are logged into the app, navigate to My Tickets from the bottom of the screen, select the attraction reservation you want to cancel or modify, and then click "Modify or Cancel" under the View Tickets button. This only affects this attraction reservation and does not cancel your CITYPASS® ticket. You will be asked if you want to cancel or modify this reservation, and then you will have the option to modify your existing reservation or cancel and rebook.
Missed reservations may not be eligible for cancellation or rebooking, depending on the attraction's reservation policy. While we may not always be able to assist, we are happy to try.
