The Empire State Building admission included with New York C3 and C-All tickets gives you one-time entry to the 86th floor observatory during non-sunset hours. Sunset visits are available as an upgrade in the My CityPASS App; select a sunset time when making your reservation, then purchase the upgrade. Sunset times for your New York C3 or C-All tickets are not available as on-site upgrades at the kiosks.
Sunset Upgrade Changes: To change your reserved time, please cancel your reservation at least one hour before your scheduled visit. This will cancel your reservation and refund your Upgrade order. Reservations for past dates cannot be canceled or refunded.
