When you purchase your Los Angeles CityPASS® ticket, you also reserve your visit to Universal Studios Hollywood. Please note that this reservation cannot be changed or canceled.
If you need to change the date of your visit, you must submit a refund request for your unused tickets. After receiving your refund, you can then purchase new tickets for the correct date.
