The Top of the Rock admission included with New York C3® tickets and New York C-All® tickets gives you general admission to the viewing terraces during non-sunset hours. If you would like to visit the Top of the Rock at sunset times with your New York C3® tickets or New York C-All® tickets, you can upgrade on site at the kiosks.
