To reserve the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, use the My CityPASS® app. Please download the app and verify your email to connect your order. Select Go to My Tickets.

You will be directed to the CITY PASS® ticketing page. Read the instructions, at the bottom of the page and select Redeem Your CityPASS.
Select the date you desire to visit.
Enter the number of adults and children in the party. Check the 'Are you redeeming CityPASS vouchers for this visit?' Select Add (#) ticket to cart.
Copy barcodes from the My CityPASS® App and paste them into the GMSI reservation.
Confirm order summary and select Proceed to Checkout. Special experience timed-entry tickets can be reserved on this page. The special experience is included if the amount is free at the end. Chicago C3® tickets do not include a special experience, but special experiences can be purchased on this page.
Complete Your Information section. Select Complete Order after acknowledging Griffin Museum of Science & Industry Terms and Conditions.
Order confirmation will follow, and tickets will be sent to the email address entered in Your Information.
Please note: The information in the My CityPASS® App will show a time of 9:30am; you do not need to go at that time; the ticket is good for all day.
