If you purchased from citypass.com:
- Your order number will be displayed on the confirmation page once you complete your purchase.
- You will receive an email titled 'Order Received (#XXXXXXX)' at the email address you provided during the purchasing process. The order number will be included in the subject line and at the top of the email.
- Additionally, you will receive an email titled 'Your Tickets and Important Next Steps' sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. The order number is at the top of that email.
- If you connect to the app using the same email you used to purchase your tickets, you can find your order number under the 'More' tab in 'My Purchases,' next to the city image.
If you purchased from a third-party seller:
- The company you purchased from will send an email containing your order number.
- For third-party sellers like GetYourGuide, Viator and Groupon, you will receive a 'Your Tickets & Important Next Steps' email at the email address you provided during the purchase. The order number is at the top of that email.
- Once you connect to the app using the same email you used to purchase your tickets, you will find your order number under the 'More' tab in 'My Purchases,' next to the city image.
