First, link your tickets: How do I sign in and link my tickets in the My CityPASS® App?
Once linked, your tickets can be found in two places:
1) Product Page
The first way to access tickets is the product page for the type of ticket you have purchased.
If your tickets are connected, the button at the top of the screen will say Go to My Tickets instead of See Attractions, and the bottom navigation will say My Tickets instead of Attraction Tickets.
Select either of these options to view your tickets and make reservations.
2) "More" Menu
The second way to access tickets is to select More at the bottom left and then choose My Purchases from the menu. Your verified email will be visible at the top of the screen.
Tap the arrow next to your order to view your order information.
Confirm the order details, then select Manage Trip to begin making reservations and view details for each attraction.
