If you purchased from citypass.com (or one of the following third-party sellers: Get Your Guide, Viator, Expedia, Groupon, ATD, Ceetiz, Civitatis, FunEx, Headout, Klook, Musement, Perkopolis, Perkspot or Tiqets):
- After purchase, CityPASS will send an email to the email address you provided. Click the "Make Reservations" link in this email to automatically link your tickets.
- If you have already downloaded the app, you should be redirected to the app. If not, you will be prompted to download the app or Stay on Web to use the web version of the app.
If you purchased a card from an attraction or from a third-party seller and did NOT receive an email from us: (ex: aRes, EBG, Expedia, Hotelbeds, KKDay, Ilmioviaggio, Military or CNewYork)
- Please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the My CityPASS™ App or visit my.citypass.com to use our web version. If you have a CITY PASS® card, scan the QR code on the front to download the app. After downloading, open My CityPASS™ App. Select Add Your Tickets.
