Mobile Tickets:
When you purchase CITY PASS® tickets from citypass.com, you will receive mobile tickets delivered to the email address provided in your order. Connect these tickets to the My CityPASS® App, where you can get attraction information and make reservations for those attractions that require or recommend them.
- You can start using your mobile tickets as soon as you receive your ticket email or anytime within a year from the date of purchase. Once you do, the remaining attraction visits must be completed within the specified validity period.
- The tickets you purchase together will be considered a travel party and must travel and make reservations together.
- You can manage your reservations and tickets on the My CityPASS® App by connecting to the app from your emailed tickets.
Cards:
If you prefer to purchase a CITY PASS® physical card, several of our attraction partners sell them onsite. These physical cards can be linked to the My CityPASS® App, where you can find attraction information and make reservations for those attractions that require or recommend them.
- You can start using your card as soon as you complete your purchase at a participating attraction partner. Look at the back of your card to find the expiration date.
- Cards should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if stolen, lost, or damaged.
- You can manage your reservations and tickets on the My CityPASS® App by connecting your cards to the app.
Please note: Only mobile tickets are available for C3®, C4®, and C5® tickets, as well as Los Angeles, Orlando, San Diego, and Southern California CITY PASS® tickets.
