Most refunds are processed within 7 days. Our Refunds Department will email you if they require clarification; please respond promptly so that your refund is not delayed.
You will receive an email once the refund has been finalized; at that time, your credit card's bank will have electronically received the funds. It can take most American banks 3-5 business days to post the funds to your account (foreign banks can take up to 30 business days).
