We offer a full refund on any unused Broadway tickets purchased from broadway.citypass.com if the cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. We are unable to guarantee any Broadway ticket refunds if the request is received less than three (3) full days before the event. We are unable to issue refunds for Broadway ticket orders with 10 or more tickets.
