Having your CITYPASS® tickets in hand before you arrive may let you skip the box office ticket window at some attractions, but it does not let you skip admission, security, or elevator lines. CityPASS® does not provide shuttle service or transportation to attractions, so you are responsible for getting to each attraction on your own. For attractions that require a timed reservation, please arrive a few minutes early with your reservation barcodes so you can be at the top of the building or attraction at your reserved time.
