CityPASS products can be purchased and used as raffle prizes. Here are some key things to know when placing the order.
- If the winners do not intend to travel together or visit the same attractions at the same time, then individual orders will need to be placed. Please use your name, email, and billing information on the order.
- If the names of the winners is unknown, please write “Please contact CityPass customer care team to update name before use” instead of a name. The winner will know to contact CityPASS customer care team to add their name to the ticket prior to traveling.
- Since the ticket will not show a valid name, the order will most likely be selected for review by our ordering system. This is ok, our team will review the order and email it on as quickly as possible. When the winner calls to update the name, their email can be updated in our reservation system, allowing for them to receive reservation emails.
