Download the My CityPASS® App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, or visit my.citypass.com. For easy access to your tickets, use the link in your CityPASS® order email and your tickets will be automatically added to the app once your email is verified.
Verify your email: How do I sign in to the My CityPASS® App to manage my tickets?
Please sign into the app using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Your tickets can be found in two places.
1) Product Page
The first way to access tickets is the product page for the type of ticket you have purchased.
If your tickets are connected, the button at the top of the screen will say Go to My Tickets instead of See Attractions, and the bottom navigation will say My Tickets instead of Attraction Tickets.
Select either of these options to view your tickets and make reservations.
2) "More" Menu
The second way to access tickets is to select More at the bottom left and then choose My Purchases from the menu. Your verified email will be visible at the top of the screen.
Tap the image of the city to view your tickets and make reservations.
Select Order Details to see your order information; then, select Start Planning to view your tickets and make reservations.
