Download the my CityPASS™ app onto your mobile device from the app store.
After downloading, open the my CityPASS™ App. Select Add Your Tickets.
Enter your email and select Continue. A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Check your email inbox for verification emails sent from CityPASS®. Select Verify Your Email in the email. This should open the app on your mobile device.
In the my CityPASS™ App, select I want to add new tickets.
Enter the number of barcodes in your order. Please note that when you make reservations, they will be made for each ticket included in this Travel Party. If you wish to make separate reservations for individual tickets in your Travel Party, please contact CityPASS® Customer Care.
Copy or type the barcodes from your order. Paste the barcodes in the CityPASS® Ticket Barcodes section.
The barcode should be added to the bottom section of the app. Once each barcode has been validated with a green check, select the Start Planning button to begin planning your trip.
The app will open to the product you have purchased; select My Tickets or Go to My Tickets to begin planning your trip.
