Download the My CityPASS® App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You can use the link in your order email for easy access or just search the app store. (Alternatively, instead of downloading, you can use the web version of the app.) Select Make Reservations.
Select which browser the tickets will be opened in. If you have downloaded the app, you should be redirected to the app. If you are directed to the web version of the app, you will be prompted to download the app or Stay on Web.
Once downloaded, open the app and choose Add Your Tickets.
Enter your email address and select Continue. A verification email will be sent to the email you have entered.
Open the email and copy or enter the code into the app.
Tickets and reservations can be viewed by selecting Go to My Tickets or My Tickets.
If you have several orders associated with your email, click the picture icon of the order you would like to manage.
