Empire State Building reservations can be modified in the Travel Guide up until the time of the reservation.
If a reservation is scanned, regardless of the view due to weather, the CITY PASS® ticket will be considered used at the Empire State Building. To see the view at the Empire State Building please visit their live webcam.
To modify your Empire State Building reservation, we recommend clicking the "Make Reservations" button on your CITY PASS® ticket email. If you didn't purchase from the CITY PASS® website, please visit the Travel Guide and have your order information ready to pull up your reservation.
Scroll to your existing Empire State Building reservation. Select "Cancel/Change Reservation."
Confirm that you want to the cancel the reservation.
If it is not past the date and time of the reservation and the reservation was not scanned at the Empire State Building, the reservation will be canceled. If you are unable to cancel the reservation, please contact CITY PASS® Customer Care for further assistance.
Select "Return to Reservations" to book a new Empire State Building reservation.
To rebook the reservation, select "Reserve Time."
Agree to Cancellation policy. Select "Continue."
Select desired date and time of new reservation and confirm.
New tickets will be sent to your email.
